Constitution Flag - It was a special flag produced solely for use at celebrations in connection with internal self-government in 1964

This badge was only used on the defaced Union Flag used by the Resident Commissioner.

 

This was the flag of the High Commissioner for Basutoland, the Bechuanaland Protectorate and Swaziland.
