If this version of the flag existed, of which there is some doubt, the badge would have been on a white disc surrounded by a garland.
This was a misunderstanding of a 1869 Colonial Office instruction. It had been replaced in 1874, if not before, by four red stars and letters ‘N Z’ on a white disc surrounded by a laurel garland. In 1907 the laurel garland was replaced by fern leaves.

The post of Governor of the Pitcairn Islands is held by the British High Commissioner to New Zealand. There is no known record of this flag being created for the post.
Should be St Kitts & Nevis, or if you want to be more precise, St Christopher & Nevis.
The top flag existed briefly (1937-1940) by mistake.
The bottom flag is wrong and never existed. The Administrator of St Lucia’s flag was the St Lucia Blue Ensign.
